... to go out for a glass of wine followed by dinner at a friend's. Roasted chicken, salad with citrus vinaigrette, haricots verts. I'm bringing dessert: vanilla ice cream topped with amaretto liqueur and crushed Italian amaretto cookies.
Let's hope none of it winds up on my new tunic shirt!

ReplyDeleteThanks Kristen - and as I predicted there is a spot of citrus vinaigrette on the tunic this morning - time to test exactly how washable this silk tunic is. But I really preferred it in cream, whatever the hazards. Too much black in the closet as it is.

ReplyDeleteI sprayed Spray N Wash on the spots this morning and washed it in the delicate cycle - the stains are gone! Yay! Now it's air drying and next I need to figure out how to iron silk ... well I am the guinea pig but so far so good.
